Whatever form of measurement any country uses, its people feel like that's
the standard one, and that any other form is weird and impossible to learn.
The standard form of measurement or SI, is used in most parts of the world. There are precious few that cling to imperial or local measure.
The whole world uses the metric system, except for three countries; Liberia, Myanmar(Burma), and U.S.A.
So only three countries don't use metric.
There are only two countries in the world that use it.
