Arizona and Hawaii are the only U.S. states that do not observe daylight saving time. In Arizona, the Navajo Nation does observe daylight saving time on tribal lands.

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic is in the Atlantic Standard Time Zone (AST/UTC-4). Vancouver, British Columbia is in the Pacific Standard Time Zone (PST/UTC-8). Punta Cana does not observe daylight savings. Vancouver moves into the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT/UTC-7) on the second Sunday of March and moves back to PST on the first Sunday in November. Outside of daylight savings, Punta Cana is four hours ahead of Vancouver. During daylight savings this is reduced to three hours.

From the 1st November 2017, Sudan adopted the CAT (UTC+2) timezone. Sudan does not observe daylight savings.
