Answer
The ten plagues were directed mainly against the supreme god of Egypt, the pharaoh.
Some of the plagues were meant also to challenge and discredit some gods as i.e. Ptah and Khnum the creators of all things, the god Hapi, spirit of the Nile (the Nile turning into blood), the frog-headed goddess Hekt (frogs), Khephera, a scarab-headed god (beetles), Hathor, the cow-headed love goddess, the god of healing, Im-Hotep, the sky goddess Nut, who was the mother of the sun-god Ra, the locust-headed god Senehem and the sun-god Amon-Ra.
The last plague was not only against the Pharaoh, the supreme god of Egypt, but also against his son, the future pharaoh and next god Horus of Egypt.
