For Panasonic Vrla batteries the formula is

  1. When current charge is 0.25ca or greater

    Tch=Cdis/I+(3to5)

    #When current is below 0.25ca

    Tch=Cdis/I+(6to10)

    Tch =charging time

    Cdis =amount of discharge

    I=initial charge current (amps)

    This time does not include Trickle charging .
