The web site I consider to be the best for beginner's poi moves is www.homeofpoi.com There are good instructions and nice videos. Whenever you have questions or want to learn some more advanced moves, people from all over the world will help you on the forum

http://www.templeofpoi.com/ has pay to watch video section that details moves in excellent detail and is well worth checking out if you're very serious about this.
http://www.spherculism.com/ is a great free resource with all kinds of video snippets available.
