~EXP hairstyles (EXP Points hairstyle) is getting a random hairstyle and gaining EXP at the same time. Most of the popular girl hair's are in EXP.

~REP are royal hair coupons. You can only buy REP coupons when the event is given. However, royal hair is given to you randomly.

~VIP coupons are the hairstyles you get to chose. You have to go to a hair salon in either Henesys or some other place. Talk to the NPC and you can chose from a selection of different hair. Everyplace has a different VIP hair so i suggest you go to Basilmarket.com to see the selection.
