It is an organization that accredits home schools and private schools across the entire US. They are a well known accrediting body and I know this because the school I went to was accredited by the NHSAA and I was accepted by my local community college (Miami Dade). They are recognized by colleges nationwide and if the school you are wanting to attend is accredited through the NHSAA you are in good hands.
