That code will make any Pokemon you encounter shiny. I'm not sure if you need the master code or not, but if you do, just use it, and the shiny code at the same time.

Note: this is a separate code. DO NOT put these as one code. Also, the shiny code will make the name of your Pokemon(no matter what you name it) A couple of Japanese characters followed by an arrow and odd letters. I have yet to figure out how to fix this. Hope I helped!
