What about the Predictive Index Test?

The Predictive Index

Predictive Index is a survey, not a test. There is no pass/fail. It provides management with metrics on a person's natural behaviors and motivations. This info allows them to see if the individual's motivations align with those required by the job. The more misaligned they are, the more ongoing management will be needed to have the employee thrive. Think of it this way: If you are motivated by something then it doesn't seem like work. The less motivated you are the more work it becomes. If, in fact, you are demotivated by the requirements of a job, then the job will feel like a struggle which most businesses (and job applicants) would like to avoid.
