I don't think that polar bears live in mountains, but I think the hollow hairs that they have contain oxygen which they heat up and use to keep themselves warm. Their seemingly white coats are for camouflage when they're hunting in the snow and the big teeth and claws used when hunting prey. They also have sticky pads on their feet to stop them slipping on ice and they have evolved to walk on all fours so that their mass is distributed evenly over the ice so that they don't fall through it.
Brown bears live on mountains and in forests of North America, Asia and Europe. Brown bears mainly live in the western state mountains in the U.S.
No, because their hunting grounds are out on the pack ice.
Not known, but other bears live there which may include polar bears
Not really; they live on floating sea ice in the Arctic. In the summer where there is not much ice left, they move onto land, some of which is glacier covered.
no they cant sorry
Yes
They won't. They need to live and survive in the Arctic, not the mountains. Polar bears don't live in the mountains anyway.
According to Polar Bears International, scientists estimate that as of 2008, there are 20,000 to 25,000 polar bears living.
Hollow, insulating fur and webbed feet are two functional adaptations of Polar bears.
Penguins, polar bears
polar bears interact with other living things by hunting for food finding their prey and finding other polar bears
polar bears, penguins, seals, and whales. These animals have blubber which protects them from the x-treme coldness! These are amazing animals! And they have several adaptations to survive in the polar region
Let's think for a second, POLAR bears live in a POLAR region. So do you think POLAR bears will have a problem not living in a POLAR region?
*Humans *Their prey
Polar bears have been adapted to live only in cold and icy places such as polar regions. They cannot survive in India because, India is a hot and humid country, and the adaptations such as thick fur will make it more difficult for polar bears to live in India.

None, Polar Bears live in the Arctic, which is the other side of the world to Antarctica.
