It doesn't matter what age, you can't leave them alone. Might want to hire at least someone to look after them.
Altusic is not a word in the English language. Perhaps you mean autistic? In which case the child should NOT be left alone with another child at any age.
13 is the legal age for a child to be left alone in the US
There are currently no laws in Florida that govern how old a child has to be to be left home alone. It is essentially up to the parents to decide if their child is ready for it.
Autism is a broad category and the answer is likely to be no. A young child should not be left alone. Even for a child in their teens, it is more likely that the child would need supervision for their own safety. A parent who leaves a special needs child home alone without appropriate supervision would be charged with neglect and placing the child at risk. There are so many bad outcomes possible in that situation. However, the answer depends on numerous factors besides the age of the child such as the symptoms, the severity of the symptoms, the opinion of professionals who have evaluated and treated the child and the child's behavior.
There is no law in Florida about being left alone. If the child feels safe and has the ability to take care of themselves, as well as handle any emergencies that might arise, they could be deemed to be okay. Most authorities don't feel that 13 is old enough to be left alone for the night.
The child can get lost or hurt.
12!
It really depends on the intelligence of your child, but most children don't get left alone until they are about 11 or 12.
There are no legal laws about the age a child may be left alone but a child who is left alone too young could leave the parent liable for negligence or child abuse. A general rule of thumb would be if the child can cook for him/herself or call emergency services.
They Have To Be 12.
