Your molars fall out at around when you are 9 - 12 years old and start coming out when you are around around age 12-13 year old. when you lose your baby molars they grow but when you lose your adult molars they do not grow back.

∙ 12y agosometimes they never even come out. they are less likely to come out naturally and more people than not have them removed due to decay, braces ect ect. if a child as young as 6/6 were to loose a moler it would be very unusual.
