If you mean a seatbelt then in the UK the simple answer is from the day they're born. If they're smaller than 135cm and under 12 years of age they must be placed in a suitable child seat (or booster seat) (a child under 12 but taller than 135cm does not require a booster seat). It is the driver's responsibilty to ensure that child-passengers under the age of 14 are belted or in suitable child restaints). Failure to ensure this will result in a £60 fine for each case. For passengers 14 and over, it is their own responsibility. Again, failure to comply will result in a £60 fine for each offender.
Everywhere I have been, everybody has to wear a seat belt, or be buckled into a child car seat. There is no age qualifier that allows you to not wear a seat belt.
Age does not matter since the law says all passengers must wear seatbelts.
Each state has its own laws based on age, weight and height. Everyone in the car needs to be in a safety restraint no matter what their age.
The child must wear a seat belt. If under a certain size or age, the child must sit on top of a booster seat, which raises the child up.
There is no set age when a child will wear any given size.
At least 12 yrs old. you always have to wear a setbelt but you have to be 12 or older to sit in the front seat! Everyone should wear a seat belt no matter what age.
Its shouldn't be dangerous if the child is in the backseat with a seat belt, or if the child is of correct age for safety restrictions, in the front seat with a seat belt. Make sure the child isn't taking of his/her seat belt and/or leaning out of the car.
the driver is charged with the responsibility of requiring every occupant 17 years of age and younger to wear a safety belt or be secured in a child restraint system
The age of a Sikh child does not matter in wearing a head scarf
in Alabama it is 150.00
I think it goes by age. If your 16 and older you don't have to, but all younger have to. Front seat driver and passengers all have to wear a seat belt
Yes, for every occasion you must wear one.
