the usual time where kids start wearing and experimenting with makeup is at the age of 12 or 13. When they start junior high or seventh grade.
i wasnt aloud till 9th grade but id say about 8th
I would say about 13 is an OK age but if your child is younger and is very keen on wearing makeup it may be OK so long as it isn't foundation as that can be very bad for the skin if constantly applied at a younger age I am 13 and have just started wearing a small amount like a bit of mascara for example hope this helped.
A ten-year-old could wear play makeup, but she probably should not be wearing real makeup. I wasn't allowed to wear makeup until I was 16. A child has plenty of time to become an adult later.
19
No, too young for any makeup. She is still a child..she should be a teenager at least before wearing eyeshadow.
NONE
no. she's ten.
First put on baby lotion and then put on mac makeup and it will not mess up your face.
you should be 13 or 14 when you start wearing makeup. It depends on the type of makeup, if it is natural then 13 is a good age but if it is very ott you are planning to wear then i would suggest 16. Please don't wear makeup young because it looks bad and it ruins your skin.
Lip gloss. At ten, you don't need any more than that.
NO! I didn't start wearing makeup until the 6th grade.
When you can wear makeup is for your parents to decide. Some will say earlier than others. You don't have to be a certain age to wear makeup. You could use makeup for anything - pageants, competition, or family events - as long as your parents allow it. You could even wear makeup to school, just don't put a lot of makeup on.
No, they are not old enough and do not need it. At least wait until 14 or 15 years of age.
A 9 year old COULD wear makeup but doesnt really need to. I suggest if you are 9 and want to start wearing makeup to only wear it when you go out or on a special occasion. Maybe on the weekends. Start with just a light pink blush and a lipgloss. Also you could get away with a light shimmery eyeshadow. Get an adult to check you haven't applied too much. x
