If you blew a fuse in that TV, chances are that you have more severe problems than just the fuse. It's really time to call a repair technician, but brace yourself for the service call and repair bill. It just might be chaper and wiser to replace the set.
Yes, as long as it doesn't blow. You can always go lower with a fuse, but not higher.
No, you cannot replace a 10-amp fuse with a 20-amp fuse. Fuses are meant to guard your wiring and equipment by melting or 'blowing' before the wiring, itself, melts and causes a fire. It is safe to use a smaller fuse than called for, but never, ever is it safe to use a larger fuse than called for.
If a 30 amp blows you have a short somewhere. Depends for which circuit, you will have to track it from the unit back to the fuse.
There is a 30 amp relay above the fuse panel. There is also a 15 amp fuse in the center of the fuse panel. panel is mounted under left of dash
I have a 1999 ex v6 coupe which should be identical to yours. My manual says the AC fuse is located: Drivers side internal panel - AC clutch relay fuse #3 (which is the 3rd from the bottom. S/B a 7.5 amp fuse.)
Have you checked the 30 Amp fuse ?
Check to see what stops working when the fuse blows. If it is the compressor itself, then either the ac clutch or the ac relay has probably gone bad.
It is a 30 Amp fusible link in fusebox under the hood.
i had the same problem recently, and i came to this website and found out that there is a fuse panel box underneath the drivers side where fuses are located and used a 7.5 amp fuse and it did the trick for me.
1 ton ac amp
# 13 15 amp fuse in Central Junction Box
There is an AC fuse in the little box located on top of the battery. There are three fuses. If you are standing at the front of the car looking over the engine I believe it is the fuse on the left. 30 amp I think.
