The types of animals that live in North America depend on the geographical conditions, due to a great variety in the latitudes and longitudes of the beaches, deserts, mountains, and prairies.

American Bison (opposed to European bison), Opposums, Racoons, Pronghorn Antelope, and many more. Although, few species are endemic to the U.S.A. alone. Some of the above listed species are found in Canada and Mexico aswell.
