Since I am a Ballet dancer myself I know what they are
1st - feet turned out heels facing each other touching.
2nd like first but wide legs and not touching.
3rd your right foot (or left) crooses a few cm forwards from the heel of the back foot.
4th like third but front foot forward
fifth front foot touching toe back foot touching heel
