There is no definite evidence that diet has any influence on RA aside from the normal requirements of a properly balanced diet that allows for all of the nutrients and chemicals for healthy development and physical maintenance

My personal experience with RA has been that try as I may I have not been able to find a direct correlation between what I eat and the symptoms of RA. I Feel that I have had periods during My life when as a result of some slight allergic reaction there tended to be a bit of a flare up in my Arthritis however these reactions never proved to be consistent over long periods of time, the same applies to infections in say a wound, so in the long run and overall I have found that maintaining a normal healthy diet with all the minerals vitamins etc that are accepted as being healthy seems to work about as well as any thing. As a matter of fact stressing out about everything you eat will just make you afraid to live a normal life and in the end the stress will cause the RA to flare up.
Diet is not known to have an effect on RA.

According to the Arthritis Foundation, there is no specific "arthritis diet." But you find certain foods worsen your rheumatoid arthritis symptoms and others help your symptoms to improve, it makes sense to make some adjustments in your diet. So keep track of what you eat everyday & how your RA changes. Whether you feel better with your meal or it worsens your symptoms. It may differ person to person.
