∙ 13y agoNeurogenic muscle disorders are muscle disorders caused by damage to the nervous system which affects healthy muscle tissue, as the muscle fibres are denervated and rennervated (their nerve supply is cut off). Eg. include poliomyelitis and spinal muscular atrophies.
