This question is to broad to answer without writing a book.
But in General, Orthodox Jews believe the following:
- There is only one G-d, who created the universe
- G-d is both merciful and just
- Jews are obligated to make the world a better place (Tikkun Olam)
- The three most important activities are prayer, service, and deeds of kindness
- The Torah is the word of G-d, and contains 613 obligatory commandments
- Men and women have different duties and roles in life, and both are equally important (although some ultra-Orthodox Jews have forgotten this).
