This is called a "rectal spasm" and it is common for women who have given birth at some point in their lives to experience them for the rest of their lives off and on. Thank goodness they don't happen often. All you can do is try to relax when an attack occurs. I experience them and know many other women who do as well. I imagine that if they were a problem, something could help such as muscle relaxers.

∙ 18y agoIt is quite possible to have a pilondinal cysts. It is when a boil from the inside of your bottom bursts through the skin. Or it can be still on the inside. You have to go to your doctor for them to check it. It can also be hemmoroids.
