They have nothing to do with the traditional meaning of the abbreviation, they were Hippie or Flower-Girl styled jeans in various faded and clean designs and had a sort of trademark of a stylized American Flag with the word UFO on the canton or upper left hand rectangular area of the Flag. Needless to say the Veteran"s groups and organizations like the Betsy Ross League screamed to Old Glory! no pun intended they thought this was a species of Flag desecration. They are no longer produced.
Although a little strange there are places that will sell pants which have UFO's on. I would recommend that you check internet listings for where you live and see if there are any local sellers, if not at least you should be able to compare prices for online retailers.
