There are more disadvantages than advantages to fast food. The disadvantages are
- Fast food is very unhealthy, most of the times.
- It makes you sick
- Your body is used to healthy food, and if you eat more and more fast food, your body takes the food as posison, and you become sick.
- It causes diseases if you eat too much of fast food.
- The nutrients of the fast food aren't good/or too much of them in one meal.
There sure are more disadvantages, but these are probably the most important ones to know.

∙ 9y agoYou've already answered it: It's fast. With society's instant gratification obsession being at an all time high, fast is outweighing healthy more often than not. There are healthy options at a fast food restaurant, but I assure you that you will wait 2 minutes for a cheeseburger and 5 to 10 minutes for the healthier salad.
