The most obvious answer is lactation, but I think you figured that out. Yes, lactation is a sign of pregnancy, but not usually until the third trimester. More likely than not, it isn't lactation (well, not REALLY...) it's just fluid leaking from your breasts from nipple stimulation. As long as it is in small amounts, you should be fine. But just in case, go get a home pregnancy test.
