I have these as well, and have been told it is an allergic reaction to something. I recently had a bad blood test, stating that my B-12 levels were extremely low. I began taking Sublingual Tablets and liquid form of vitamin B-12, which go under your tongue, to try to increase my levels before my next blood test. Apparently I am allergic to something in it. I now am taking benadryl, and it seems to be helping shrink them and help with the pain. My lips, tongue and the better part of the front inside of my mouth swelled and burned like nothing I have ever felt before. I lived with the constant feeling of just drinking something terribly hot and being scalded. The tip of my tongue felt like I was constantly getting paper cuts all over. I went to the Doctor, and was given a script for Magic Mouth Wash, and an antibiotic. 4 days later, I have clear blisters all over the center back of my tongue, going down the sides. So far, only the benedryl seems to be providing any relief.

A canker sore and could be brought on by stress and or dietary changes. These are also a form of herpes and will sometimes recur usually in the same spot. Just wanted to add that stress can cause a Ph imbalance in your system causing this. Even some flues can. Be sure you have no sharp teeth and have your dentist check out your teeth in the area the canker sore is. Although this sounds yukky mix a little Milcamagnesia with 1 teaspoon of vinegar and swish in the area of the canker sore. Spit out remaining BUT DO NOT DRINK ANY FLUIDS FOR A GOOD 1/2 HOUR. This will help heal the blister.

salivary duct that occasionally becomes occluded (blocked). This is perhaps due to some minor trauma which periodically re-occurs. When the saliva duct does become occluded, the saliva gland will continue to produce saliva, temporary producing a "blister" like (fluid-filled space) appearance. The pressure of the fluid makes the lesion feel hard until it ruptures, releasing the fluid, and the cycle continues. Nevertheless, I suggest having a physician or dentist check the lesion to make certain that there is no secondary condition which may be more serious which is the cause.

It usually means that you have a a fever or you are sick with something. Some mostly get them before they get sick and that would be a sign that you will get sick. In other cases i wpould check with your doctor.

It most likely is a form of a canker sore. It will probably go away if you don't irritate it by eating spicy foods.

A blister on the bottom of your tongue might mean that you bit it. It could also be a burn from eating food that is too hot.
