I believe it is a direct competitor, other direct competitors would be burger king, KFC etc. indirect i think would be restaurants or even home cooked meals (perhaps even supermarkets?)
sam's club, however they are owned by wal-mart. If ur comparing it for ratio's or annual report. i wouldn't recommand it becuz as far as i know, the annual report for Sam's club does't excist.
