um... white males who are dead.
Sometimes people talk about some history or authority by talking about dead white males... because most things were put into place by all the dead white males of the past, with no regard for men of other races, or for women. You might have heard the phrase in that context, but there is no mystery to the words... they mean exactly what they say.
