What are dermals?

Answer:
Dermals are a type of piercing that goes under the skin, to get them the piercer creates a little pocket under the skin and inserts a base of the dermal (it looks like a foot shape to ensure it doesn't fall out) and then they can screw a ball or gem on the top of it.
