I don't know what saturated fat does but trans fat i do.Trans fat blocks good stuff your body needs and let bad germs come in easy. They also cause heart diesese and other dieses. They are in hydrogenated oils.
Some unsaturated fats (monounsaturated fats) are called "essential fats" - these are fats your body needs to function at its best that our bodies can't make, so they must be provided in food.
All unsaturated fats are sources of energy (calories) and so should be eaten in small amounts only, but eating unsaturated fats in moderation may help to reduce your risk of Heart disease.
Diets high in saturated fats increase the risk of atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, heart failure, cerebrovascular accident (stroke) and cardiac death.
saturated fat is a longterm fat broken down and used when you skip a meal and need energy on the flip side trans fat is a instant burst of energy.
It can give you heart disease and higher cholesterol.also increases your chances of putting on weight!
Unsaturated fats are soaked up by carbohydrates and stored in the bodies fat cells

Unsaturated fats are soaked up by carbohydrates and stored in the bodies fat cells
It is stored as fat.
Unsaturated fats are not needed in the body. They are found in meat and processed foods; our bodies cannot break them down.
Because they are a bit healthier for your body. If the fat is saturated then it is not good for you but since this is unsaturated it uis good.
Unsaturated fat means that it has not yet been saturated by carbon.
Fat is unsaturated when their molecules are able to bond to other biomolecules in the body. These biomolecules can break apart the fat for digestion. In saturated fats, the biomolecules cannot bond to the fat, so it does not break up, and it simply takes up space or passes through the body without doing anything.
Because you get fat and get closer to pasting away.
The regulate the body functions. Fat also helps provide energy for the body. All cells require fat to process. Unsaturated fat is generally better for you because saturated fat can stick to your arteries, which builds up and eventually can cause heart disease/attack.
i think the unsaturated fat decolourises it :/
Polyunsaturated fat 0.7 g Mono-unsaturated fat 2 g
unsaturated fats
=yes vegetable oil does contain unsaturated fat=
