The way in which you adjust your voice tone, accent and even pitch of one's voice to convey a message. More commonly, it's used in the manner of making a joke between friends who already understand the context of what you're saying and your voice adds to the humour.

Example:

Person 1 is talking about an emotional experience they had, but Person 2 finds it uninteresting and wishes to add humour in a sarcastic manner to their response.

Person 1: It was so bad. Do you understand?

Person 2: sarcastic teary voice Sure. I feel for you.
