Panda's live in the forest of china. They love bamboo. The panda can only take care of one baby panda if it has two she has to pick one to keep. There are only a few pandas left in the world, about 3000. They are one of the most endangered animals in the world.

Hello.
Pandas are omnivores. In addition to bamboo, they will eat fish and small mammals.
They eat bamboo and they are endangeredGiant pandas are large (about 2.5 ft. tall and 300 pounds) bears with a black and white coat and characteristic black fur around their eyes, native to parts of China. They have a relatively long tail at up to 6 inches in length, as well as a "thumb" which helps it eat bamboo. Its diet mostly consists of bamboo. It is a fairly solitaire animal, limiting social interactions and not traveling together. Currently, it is considered endangered with only a few thousand in the wild.

1. They are born weighing only 3.2 to 4.6 ounces, only about 1/1,000 the weight of their mother!

2. They have the second longest tail of any bear (the only bear with a longer tail is the sloth bear).

3. Their diet is 99% bamboo, but the other 1% is made up of things like honey, fish, and bananas.

4. They have something that resembles a thumb, which they use in order to grasp bamboo. However, this 'thumb' is actually a modified bone embedded within a tendon.

5. The closest living relative of the giant panda is the spectacled bear from South America.
