In Florida while you are going thru a divorce you can date or see whomever you want..thou I would be very caustious with this. If you decide to cohabitate during your divorce proceedure with another male/female you are in jepordy of losing ALimony. Thou it won't affect child custodu much it could very well effect your Alimony
