Depends on many factors. As a generalization, if you are in reproductive age group (that is menstruating) and if the cyst is less than say 6-8 cm, simple (thats not many walls and solid areas inside)...
It can prevent pregnancy in severe cases, but there is an operation to have them removed if they are that serious.Otherwise, it can just take a little longer than it normally would to become pregnant.
