after you get the bike registerd and put the plate on it just drive it like a motorcyle or a car use the blinkers ect.

X2 is cause it has CVT Transmission which means runs on belt and it goes around 40-45mph.
Umm it haves to have under a 50CC engine and haves to go 30 mph or less.
