The first and foremost thing you should get this person would be gift cards, or something so unique that he/she would be amazed.

When a person 'has everything', it's sometimes best to go sentimental on them: Go the personal route and show your appreciation for your relationship.

A gift card to their favorite restaurant or activity and a nice bottle of their favorite wine or liqueur. A gift basket of jams/cheese along with a gift card could work, too.

A Visa gift card. it's like a credit card. the person you give it to can use it for anything, like food or a night at the movies or pizza. It's really cool i want one!

I would get the person who has everything something to either wear or eat.

Make them something, or bake them something! If they like Chinese, bring them to a Chinese restaurant! If they like sweet food, maybe you should get them some figs or chocolate. Spicy/hot food? How about a package of hot or normal peppers? Bitter and likes organic food? How about some grapes of granny smith apples?

Give the gift of food to the person who has everything, or get them a nice shirt.
