Nigella's Chocolate Pistachio Fudge
I've made this and it is very easy to make, it tastes wonderful
350g dark chocolate
400ml condensed milk (can)
3 tbs butter.
Put everything in a pan and stir till melted.
Smash 150g pistashio nuts in a ziplock bag, then add to the fudge. You can used biscuits instead of nuts
Turn out into a foil tray, smooth down, cover and chill. Cut into 64 pieces, divide into bags and give away as pressies.
Grab a wine glass or any cup, fill it with different chocolates, lollies, even make little cupcakes and fill your cup.glass with the lollies or chocolate and *if you have a cupcake or cake, put it on the top*.
grap cellophane, wrapping paper or tissue paper;
-wine glas: just wrap the top bit and leave the bit where you hole unwraped.
- cup or mug: wrap the whole cup and for the mug wrap the whole mug but the handle bit.
*tip-- keep the gift in a safe place where it will not brake.
