It depends on the lunch box, if U have a big one, U need to put your food in tupperware boxes. If U have a little one, U can put all of you food in bags & sew a water bottle holder inside. If U have a tin one, U can simply make some dividers. I like to put my hot foods in a thermos & for my silverware I need a little pocket. Hope you like my random suggestions!
