It doesn't matter what State you live in, if your grandchildren are being abused then you can contact a lawyer and be advised when to call Child Aide and take the parents to court. As you know children are first and don't worry about what the parents think. This will go to court and make it clear that as grandparents you are willing to take the children in. In a court of law there must be evidence that the parents are unfit parents. I'd say you stand a good chance! God Bless
No, there are no legal right giving grandparents visitation rights in Texas. A grandparent can petition the court but the court will only hear the case under certain circumstances such as the death of a parent or incarceration.

Some states may allow for it, but with that specific set of circumstances, the answer would be no in Texas (and I would imagine most states).
Do you have a court order saying you have visitation? Are you the biological father? If so then YES. Go back to court and file for custody.
Her paternal grandparents were both born in Italy and immigrated to the U.S., while her maternal grandparents were born in Texas.
Way too many
Not specifically regarding bathing but the parents always have the right to decide who the child will see and what the child has the right to do and what the person looking after him is allowed to do with or to their child. Grandparents have no legal right to their grandchildren, it's only as much as parents allow.
Exactly the same as the rights of livin(g) people anywhere else in Texas
No one cares just you and me so its not known
1. Get Grandparents'/Parents' Permission or 2. Get married (which will require Grandparent's/Parents' permission) or 3. She gets emancipated (which is hard to do without grandparents'/parents' permission)
