5. Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5) 1000mg at bedtime
6. Vitamin C 2000mg bid
7. a good multi-vitamin/mineral complex; for this particular purpose I recommend Jarrow Formulas' Jarrow Pak Plus or Super Nutrition's Opti-Pack
Follow above protocol for 8 weeks. Be sure to eat as much fresh, organic fruits & vegetables as you can. Consider juicing and drinking the fresh juice between meals. Drink a gallon of water a day - distilled with trace minerals & electrolytes added to it (I recommend Concentrace Trace Mineral Drops from the company Trace Minerals Research or Source Naturals' liquid trace minerals, but preferably the Concentrace product)
After 8 weeks you will need to change the routine for ongoing maintenance.

∙ 12y agoI'd recommend detox with natural aloe vera gel drink. Look for a brand that has stabilized aloe gel listed as the first ingredient on the product label. That way you'd know you're consuming a high percentage of aloe.
