Highlight the text which you wish to copy and press and hold the control (CTRL) button then C. So it's CTRL+C.

If you mean windows the operating system, it depends on the program, but normally the key combinations are control-c for copy, control-v for paste, and I forget the one for cut. If you mean windows as in windows on a screen, normally in the toolbars if available and/or in menus. Both of these are normally towards the top of the screen.
