Personally, I think that if you are really interested in getting a good paying job that you should look into becoming a Nurse or a Doctor! They make awesome money and it's also for a good cause.However, nurses and doctors have to go through 8 intensive years of medical school. Its not easy being a doctor.

Investment banking and politics are probably the most lucrative positions needing the least effort. For banking you will also need intelligence, for politics it is optional.
