What are long term side effects of taking Adderall XR?

Hey~I am 20 & I have been taking 10mg, 20mg, & 40mg of Adderall & Adderall XR for 12 years(sometimes take 60mg). The other day a friend of mine said something about psychosis being one of the long term side effects. I am worried and now have started evaluating my days to see if I actpsychotic There are no symptom's yet but I am curious if they will develop? Also, I am curious if there are any heart problems or facial side effects later on in life there will be?! Because I have been taking Adderall for such a long period of time I am skinny (obsessed w/ my look), tend to have anxiety, bitchy, depression, addictive personality, jealousy problems & over analyzing everything. There are other little symptoms but regular for a girl.
Also I read on a particular website that psychosis sometimes occurs from severe head injuries...
I was hit by an 18 wheeler September 19th, 2008..30miles away from Knoxville, I was sitting @ a stand still on interstate waiting for a wreck up ahead to be cleared.. 18 wheeler going about 75mph hit the back of my BMW X3 & air did not deploy..(helicopted to the ER). It knocked my front teeth out (i now have dental implants.), broke both sides of my jar(wired shut for 2months), Doctor put me in a medical induced coma for 12days, Memphis Medical Rehab Centre for a month & I have a severe brain injury to my frontal lobe.
I am curious if Adderall will have a long term side effect on my brain because of the wreck & since I have been taking Adderall for 12 years?!?
