To make your immune system stronger is to eat healthy, drink lots of fluids to keep you hydrated. One thing that can boost your immune system is...yogurt! Also, drink atleast 3 cups of milk everyday. In the morning, afternoon and evening. I'm not a doctor or anything, but I know it helps!

There are many ways one can boost their immune system. You could take a wide variety of vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, and many others to choose from. You can find these as well as many more vitamins at your local drug store, or if you are interested in what a professional suggests you take I would contact your local doctor and as him/her what would be the best to take for you.
