There is no other common name for constellation. (The term "sign" is related, but it is not the same.)
The constallion got it's name from a roman god. He was a stong leader and at that time was the king of the sea (this was before neptune) and he was good friends with dophins.
one i know of is "the twins", but that's kind of obvious.... sorry if I'm wasting Ur time.
