Neutrons are neutral particles found in the nucleus of all elements. The word Neutral comes from the Latin word Ne-uter meaning "Neither". In the case of Neutrons, it has Neither charge. Not Positive, nor negative.

Simply: Neutrons.

Neutrons do have a charge actually. They are made from 2 down and 1 up quark. Up quarks have electric charge of 2/3 and down quarks have electric charge of -1/3 therefore the sum of all the charges (net charge) amounts to 0. Thus we say it is neutral however this does not mean it has no charge

It's called a proton.(negatively charged particles are electrons, and particles with no charge/neutral charge are called neutrons)hope this helps :D
