Answer:
THERE IS NO SUCH THING!!!!!!!!!
YES there is... ill give u 3 examples... SUN, WATER, WIND!!!
The Sun will not exist perpetually. It will eventually run out of nuclear fusion fuel and slowly disintegrate in various physical stages.
The common misconception that the sun will last forever is based on the cosmology of the ancient Greeks who continue to have a profound influence on modern thought, even if it is unscientific.
Water and wind on earth are functions of the sun, therefore, neither the sun, water or wind are perpetual resources.

I think there is but one which all others flow from - gravitation. Or maybe its matter because gravitation is inherent in matter. There would be no sun, water or wind without it and probably there would be nothing. METAPHYSISTS PLEASE BUTT IN HERE
Along the lines of the ancient Greeks though, the sun will last forever for all intensive purposes, because long before it dwindles, humanity will be extinct and hence the need for resources would have gone too. I understand that this is a very human-centric view but in context of the question it is valid because its humans asking the question. i.e. if a substance has no value then it's not a resource. I await commetary from extra terrestrials on this matter.
Isn't this a question about business anyway? I think they mean perpetual resource as in a market or money supply
