What are your plastic bags made of?

Most commonly plastic bags or made from polyethylene with different densities. An example would be, grocery store bags are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and the shiny shopping mall bags are made of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPED)

In recent years many countries have demanded the demise or mass reduction in the use of these bags because of their inability to decompose in the ground as waste matter. Now many new producers are using 10 % virgin material such as Polyethylene (LDPE, LLDPE for example) and 90% recycled bags which are mixed in and dissolve in the production process.
