Pros: it's impossible to get flickers and crosstalks (the technology just makes it impossible); their 3D glasses are cheap, lightweight and battery free; brighter and deeper colors; wide viewing angle so many people can be watching the TV at the same time even from the side without distortion; amazing 2D to 3D conversion and image quality.

Cons: some people say it looks cheaper than what they paid for but I don't see why look has to matter if it's perfectly fine in every other way.
