Nike shoes are better for comfort,cushioning and support! they give better instep support and better cushioning than most shoes! They use air cushioning systems such as zoom air and nike air which prove best for shock absorption and bounce!!!!
Each has its own good...
Puma is better for those who need cheap shoes at outstanding quality as Puma is a bit cheaper than Nike!
