I don't know how quick this works but when you do crunches stare at a spot on the ceiling above you. It works your abs more. Reduce your total body fat through regular cardiovascular exercise and proper diet. Abdominal exercises are important too, but without proper diet and cardio, you'll never see the results.
Doing Push-ups , Situps, Lifting Weights, Eating healthy, going to the gym on a regular basis, and if you want get a work-out trainer ! I hope this helps
